believe that you will be completely satisfied.
UK law currently affords customers a 7 day 'cooling off period' where
a purchase may be cancelled. TQ Hosting are pleased to offer an unconditional
30 day money back guarantee on our shared hosting packages.
Quite simply, if you are unhappy with our web hosting services within
the first 30 days you may cancel at any time and we will refund in full
the price of your hosting, less any domain name registration charges.

so a member of our support team can assist.
What cannot be covered:
This guarantee does not extend to domain registration
fees or supplemental service fees, for example, an additional database,
or one off items such as an SSL certificate.
If you choose to cancel you will retain full ownership of your chosen
domain and you are free to transfer it out and use it with other web hosts
in the future.
No refunds will be paid in respect of any account found to have broken
any of our Terms Of Service. This includes the promotion of sites using
unsolicited e-mail or other forms of "spamming".
Cancel Anytime
We have no contracts to sign meaning that you can
cancel anytime during your website lifetime. We do not operate a minimum
terms procedure, simply contact us within 5 working days of your next
invoice due date and we will sort out the rest.
Please note that pro-rata refunds are not given for yearly hosting accounts
that are cancelled midway through the year.
